1.1 By using the website ‘www.purplemove.com’, the user (“you”) agree to these terms and conditions

2. Accuracy of Information

2.1 By submitting your property details to ‘purplemove’ for publication, you are indicating:

- That you are legal owner of the property with the sole right to sell

- That you agree to ‘purplemove’ publishing these details on your behalf

- That the details supplied by you are true, honest and accurate and not misleading in any material way.

2.2 In no event or circumstance shall ‘purplemove’ be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information.

3. Your privacy and security

3.1 Your privacy details are held on a secure database and only those you wish to be published will be made available to our site visitors. We will not pass confidential customer information to other organizations.

3.2 Your contact details will not be passed onto third party partnership companies without your expressed permission to do so.

4. Advertising

4.1 Upon selecting the ‘premium’ package, we agree to advertise your property to a maximum of 4 inserts within a free local door to door newspaper in your area. This service is only available in those areas where ‘purplemove’ already currently advertises within a local newspaper. Purplemove retain the right to stipulate which edition of the newspaper the property will be advertised in, although upon registration every effort will be made to advertise the property in the forthcoming edition of the paper for a consecutive period over 4 editions.

4.2 Your property will be advertised on the ‘purplemove’ website for up to one year. After this period, your property details will be removed. Should you wish to continue to advertise your property after this one year period, there will be an extra cost of £25.

5. Refunds / Cancellation

5.1 Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.

5.2 Your property details will be removed from the website within 2 weeks of a sale being completed. Should you wish your property details to be removed prior to sale, you will need to send written instruction to this effect either via post or email.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 ‘purplemove’ will not be liable for negligence, breach of contract, misinterpretation or otherwise for indirect consequential damage suffered by you as a result of your use of our website.

6.2 ‘purplemove’ will not be liable for any computer virus transmitted through the website. It is your responsibility to install suitable anti-virus software. However, please rest assured that the ‘purplemove’ website is hosted in a secure protected environment with excellent security measures.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
5.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions without prior notice to you. If we change the Terms and Conditions, it will be posted to the web site and become effective at the time of posting.
